When does the campsite open ?
The Airotel La Pommeraie de l’Océan welcomes you from 1st April to 15 September 2018 (camping pitches and mobile homes).
How far are is the town centre and shops?
There’s a chemist opposite the campsite. Within a 50 metre radius, there’s a bakery, grocery and newsagents/bar. We remind you that we also have an on-site shop and sell fresh bread and pastries throughout the season. The town of Névez is located approximately 3km from the campsite. It has plenty of shops and a supermarket (Intermarché) which has a petrol station. Trégunc is located 5 km from the campsite and also has lots of shops, boutiques, restaurants, a hypermarket (Casino) and a Lidl.
How far are the beaches ?
The campsite is located at Pointe de Trévignon which boasts numerous beaches within a one kilometre radius. The campsite is located 900 metres from the sea. There is a harbour with bars, crêperies, a slipway, sale of fresh fish ; creeks ; the GR 34 coastal path, wide sandy beaches and dunes within a kilometre of the campsite. The beaches are easy to reach by car and there are plenty of free car parks nearby.
On foot, you can reach the creeks along a wooded pathway which is located 250 m from the campsite. It takes about 15 minutes.
Which is the nearest station ?
Rospoden is located about 20 kilometres from the campsite. For further information, check out our « information » page.
Are minors accepted?
Minors are not authorised to stay on the campsite unless accompanied by their legal tutor.
Are groups accepted?
Groups are not accepted as we run a family-friendly campsite which requires peace and quiet at night. Our activities are not adpated for groups.
Are pets welcome ?
Yes, although certain conditions apply : guard and attack dogs are not permitted ; dogs must be vaccinated (certificate to be shown on arrival) ; they must be held on a lead on the campsite ; dog litter must be picked up and disposed of ; they must not bark continually in the cottage or on the pitch.
Is a baby a member of the party ?
Yes, a baby is a member of the party. This is for insurance reasons. Therefore, you cannot rent a 4-bedroom model if there are 5 of you.
Is there wifi on the camspite ?
Yes, an additional fee is charged. A free wifi zone is available around the bar and in the games room.
What size are the pitches ?
The pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes measure approximately 100m² and for cottages, approximately 150m².
Do the showers require tokens ?<pNo, showers are open all day and do not require tokens.
Are barbecues permitted on the pitches ?
Yes, barbecues are permitted. A charcoal barbecue is provided with each mobile home. If you are renting a pitch, you can bring your own barbecue set.
What are the opening hours of the pool complex ?
From 10am to 8pm non-stop throughout the season.
Are the campsite facilities open all season ?
In July and August, all the facilities are open. The grocery (sale of bread) and reception are open throughout the season.
Is the campsite wheelchair friendly ?
Yes. The facilities are adapted for wheelchairs (shower block, reception, shop) but the campsite does not have a mobile home adapted for wheelchairs.
What do I need to bring with me on holiday ?
Don’t forget to bring your sheets and towels if you have not booked this service. Also remember to bring your cleaning products if you have not booked the cleaning service.
Bookings and payment
When should I book my holiday ?
The earlier the better so you have more choice.
How do I book ?
On-line on our booking platform (very intuitive). You will be asked to provide all the necessary information. Payment on-line is secure and you can book any options directly on-line if you wish. If you would like any further information, you can contact us on + 33 (0)2.98.50.02.73
By phone if you have any enquiries or if you would like to receive a contract by post. You must return the signed contract to us with the required amount.
When do I have to pay for my holiday ?
There are 2 possibilities :
a 30% deposit when you book and the balance a month before your arrival date (the booking may be cancelled if the balance is not received following a reminder by email). If your scheduled arrival date is less than a month away when you book, the holiday is to be paid in full when you book.

What methods of payment are accepted ?
Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, French cheque, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers (we recommend you send them by recorded delivery).
How can I be sure that my booking is confirmed ?
A contract exists as soon as we have received your booking form and deposit. When you book on-line, you will receive confirmation by email, no later than 48 hours after you have made the booking. Remember to look in your « spam » or « junk » files or call us if you have not heard from us. If you book by post, you will receive a confirmation letter by post once we have received your payment.
What additional charges will I have to pay for when I arrive ?
A 200 € security deposit is required per rental (preferably payable by cheque). It will be returned to you following an inventory check when you leave.
Otherwise, everything else should have been paid for before you arrive. We do not charge booking fees, the tourist tax has already been paid as have any optional services you have booked. On-site activities are included (except a few paying services such as bike hire, restaurant, bar, etc…). We also require a separate deposit if you borrow leisure equipment (balls, rackets, board games…).
Pool complex and activities
Are swimming shorts permitted at the pool ? Is a swimming cap compulsory ?
No, for hygiene reasons, swimiming shorts are prohibited. Only trunks and boxers are permitted. You do not need a swimming cap.
Do you have to pay for on-site activities ?
The list of free and paying activities is available in the Leisure / Activities section. The majority of activities are included except bike hire, beauty treatments, food and drinks from the bar, snack and restaurant.
